Woodworking
Inspired by the famous White Stripes album and modern art movement focusing on a style of simplicity in shape and color paired with purposful asymmetry. Made from six woods, curly maple & canarywood as the highlights, and finished in organic walnut oil and beeswax.
Twin pen made for a father & son. Bolivian Rosewood with black chrome hardware; click ballpoint pen. Finished with CA and wet polished to 15,000 grit. Background is a 7-wood endgrain mini cutting board called 'drunk chess'. The teak really stands out with its unique grain.
Made primarly from black walnut, this peel incorporates 10 different woods were cut and pieced together to develop this natural, organic feel. It was commissioned for a close friend that loves watching the sunrise. This reminds me of a sunrise over sand dunes and water.

Tulips are a spring time favorite of mine. These were taken in my yard or along my daily walking route. I try to focus on the the flower and avoid any signs of man made structures in the background. Keep it 100% natural. Each flower here has a unique look and feel; almost a different personality.
